BC investors will take advantage of the BC CleanTech Venture Capital Program that returns 30% of the Empire share purchase price with a provincial tax credit. For example, an investment of $100,000 receives $30,000 from the Provincial Government regardless of the investor’s tax bracket.
Canadian investors (including in BC) can contribute their full share purchase to an RRSP and gain up to an additional 45% tax refund from the Federal and Provincial Governments. An investment of $100,000 can return up to $45,000 depending on the individual tax bracket.
Combined tax credits return up to 75% of the cost of investing in Empire Hydrogen shares.
Empire Hydrogen has made full use of Canadian Government IRAP and SRED programs to assist with Research & Development efforts
The short-term market consists of 11 million trucks, buses and generators operating in North America and spending $100,000 each per year on diesel fuel.
Annual financial statments are audited by KPMG.
